care about governing. It's the courts he cares about. Yes, he will use removal of the filibuster for his benefit, but he's also using the filibuster for his benefit. So what are we protecting. I'm actually ok with a limited filibuster, but it should be very limited. Only able to be used on matters that are "lay down on the railroad tracks" kind of issues.
