I can think of a very easy answer to that. They had a fight and she stormed out and he got pissed and left her wherever.

Course, that’s when you basically scream that’s what happened at the top of your lungs, and you have every damn receipt possible that it happened. Not clam up and remain silent.
Fuck him. Griswold him. Hitch him to the back of a car and start refreshing his path. Hope he can fucking keep up.
