I put some Pepsi in the freezer about 10 minutes ago in preparation for lunch at noon (an hour and 10 minutes from now)

What are the odds that it will be nicely chilled by then?
How long does it take for pepsi to get that weird slushie texture it gets before it freezes solid?

what size? a 561 ml bottle should be chilled, a can might be slightly frozen -- nm
