I do think he suffered from increased scrutiny given the anticipation, but he was clearly very nervous and wanted the gig badly.

Would've loved to have seen him get a second week for general course correction and settling down.
Jennings was not among my favorites -- and has his own history of being a cosmic jackass -- but he's capable and has the trivia chops.
