So Target will not refund certain items if opened.

In this case a headset for a cell phone. "its printed on the receipt" My response I get the receipt after you have my money. Maybe a sign in the electronics would clue me in better. Called a manager and got my money back. However I won't shop here again. Btw the receipt says "Some items cannot be returned if opened" Some items??? Wow thanks for being specific. They could pretty much refuse anything with that vague policy.
