tapes. cds. even an 8-track when I was a kid (my grandparents radio either played 8-track or records, we would buy random 8-tracks at garage sales just to have more music choices).

My first was a Little Richard 45 of Good Golly Miss Molly. Can't remember the B side but I believe it's still in the garage somewhere. -- nm

I still have many from my youth. 1st I owned was Santana (1969). But I'd guess there's a 25 year gap between purchases. -- nm

I have some vinyl now, but they're all hanging on a wall, and I don't own a record player.
