If you want to kill someone just run them over with your car. Yet again someone gets killed by a driver and the driver walks away with no charges. -- (link)

It's crazy how we allow drivers to run people over, kill them and then go home with no charges and no fines.

Also, it's not an accident. It's a crash. It could have been avoided if the driver was in control of their vehicle. -- (edited)

He's not being charge with any crimes despite the police saying he was distracted while driving and when he hit the guy. He hit someone with his car
