He's not being charge with any crimes despite the police saying he was distracted while driving and when he hit the guy. He hit someone with his car

and that person died. He's responsible and should be charged with his death. If the person operating the vehicle was doing so safely then the cyclist would still be alive today.

There needs to be repercussions for people not controlling their cars and trucks. It's not an accident. He hit the cyclist because he wasn't in control of his vehicle. That should be a crime and he should be charged but it almost never happens in this country.

I read StreetsBlog daily and it's filled with crashes where the driver was clearly at fault but they don't spend even an hour in jail.
