Also, it's not an accident. It's a crash. It could have been avoided if the driver was in control of their vehicle. -- (edited)

I hate the use of the word accident as if it was unavoidable. Most accidents can be avoided by drivers controlling their vehicles, not speeding and following the rules of the road.
