The Catholic church certainly has an issue with medicine and treatment using aborted fetus cells but in this case they seem to be making an exception -- (edited)

though they are saying if there's a vaccine that doesn't use them they should take that one but if that's not possible they should get whatever vaccine they can get.
I'm no longer Catholic but the majority of my family still are church going believers. They've all been vaccinated and had no issue with it morally.
