Like, technically Veteran's Day and Columbus Day are holidays, but they're not days off internally. Some places do though so....

So, 9 becomes 12 really quickly is my thought.

We do get MLK Jr Day, President's Day (this one is another Vets Day / Columbus Day tier imo)...Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving / Xmas / New Years...
