Even tho Gaynor is out of position, Grisham has the edge in attributes in 4 of 6 categories. While the rebounds and assists can be somewhat tied to position, the extra steals and blocks.

Since I'd be looking to play these guys at at PF or SF, in Grisham you have a guy you know can play there effectively. You can only assume that for Gaynor.
