I agree they should take the win, but the second bill needs to happen and they reasonably believe that Manchin and Sinema won't really come through

there. They're being ridiculous here. The things that are in the bill are widely popular and the price tag is actually very modest. It just sounds big because of poor messaging (and letting republicans and Manchin and Sinema control the narrative). This isn't pipe dream stuff. It's imperative.
