my sisterwhoishereallthetime and i went to the one at stanford a couple of months ago, and it was just unpleasant.
hit with a massive wave of overpowering scent upon walking in - seriously made my eyes water and almost sent me into asthma coughing.
they have a relatively limited selection of products compared to b&bw/body shop and are old-fashioned compared to l'occitane or origins. plus their prices weren't so good, either. they haven't kept up very well - when their "big" name is someone most people haven't heard of (designer/lifestylist india hicks), it's also not so good.
