We bought for 210k in 2016. In 2020, they got the assessment up to 212k .... my house would have sold for 285k that year

the taxes have gone from 1,076 a year to 1,127 a year...since we've been here. I could sell for $335k today in about 4 hours.
They can gladly have my $5 extra a month with that assessment.
