almost immediate results.
Ordered books in July, no response from my contact at multiple addresses. Filed a dispute - instant refund.
Ordered a conference tee-shirt around the same time. Emailed, DM'd through FB - nada. Messaged through Paypal on Friday, shirt out for delivery today!
I fully understand the supply chain problems but hate being ignored.
