We're 100% free, here, now.
It was mentioned that the previous Saturday to last, when everything opened up, there were celebrations in the streets and on the night life to rival Mardi Gras.
That is actually completely correct.
This took place after we had hit roughly 70% vaccination grade.
(It's been mentioned since the very start of the pandemic that "herd immunity" requires at least 60% (of members vaccinated or having gone through the infection).)
