I had a terrible stomach ache during the night that woke me up and continued this morning. I'm worried it's a lactose thing.

I love cheese and it worries me that my stomach ache was caused by eating a bagel with cream cheese yesterday in the late afternoon and then more cheese when I had mozzarella sticks with dinner.
I can't live without cheese!
