I would avoid Jets/Falcons completely. With the travel to London you never know how that will affect players. Also, I avoid home teams with any picks.

Especially if you root for the team it's best to avoid them. Your opinion of the team is biased and it's not good to let that bias into your picking.
My father didn't give me a lot of great advice but he was a decent gambler when it came to football and his advice was to never bet for or against your home team or a team you root for.
