While briefly acting Governor, the Lieutenant Governor of Idaho banned vaccine mandates. It was reversed by the actual Governor hours later. -- (link)

The tweet is incorrect as to "w/o permission". The state constitution says she is in charge when he is out of state. They've been playing this game

I'm guessing it would be impossible but they really should modify that statute or whatever so that it isn't "when the gov is out of the state"
