I just walk and go get it. I don't want to pay a 30% upcharge plus tip. plus if I'm getting food out, it's crap food. the walk to get it helps to

mitigate the effects of the crap food.
also, I am way less likely to order food from out if my hard line is "no delivery." it's an internal control.
