Mitch and the Republicans want them to pass the Infrastructure and Budget bills. That way they can say most of the debt is on the Dems, and they should raise the debt ceiling on their own.
Which will enrage some Democrats...but why?
If you told me last year that if by the beginning of 2022, the Dems would pass a huge COVID relief bill, a bi-partisan relief bill and $2 trillion to go towards progressive issues with a 1 vote majority, I'd be ecstatic.
