Over strictly legal issues.
Yes, TFG and his cohort of sycophants' should be prosecuted for any number of treasonous and criminal acts. But if the current AG does so, then it simply provides an excuse for future President Tom Cotton to abjectly abuse the power and authority of the Justice Department in far worse ways than TFG.
I admire the principled stand of "Let justice be done though the heavens may fall," but this is one instance where my realpolitik and cynical mentality takes over.
