Couldn't you just use the in place Filter feature? It's on the Data tab in the Ribbon. You just then get drop downs on each column header

So you can filter Hair by Blonde and then Weight = 150

It's a bit brute force but depending on how many scenarios you need and what you're going to do with the results ... this is what I'd do too -- nm
