I was also sick in that same time frame. Tested negative for flu and strep, so I kind of assumed it was just a bad cold.
(I also had very similar symptoms in November of 2019. No flu or strep then, either.)
It is entirely possible I had bad colds both times. My doctor acts like she thinks it was COVID in January, though.
