Similar, in Jan/Feb 2020 I expected my annual sinus/bronchitis but had an unusually energy-sapping something for a week.

But I don't remember a cough from it so didn't make the connection.
10 days ago I had a stuffed up nose but I think I just drained myself from staying up late, plus seasonal change even though I've never been diagnosed with allergies.
