Does anyone have any suggestions or links on talking to a family member / spouse who is adamant about not getting vaccinated?

My daughter's husband (who works for a very large govt contractor) has not been, and now is being "mandated" at work to get vaccinated. He's planning on quitting, and my daughter doesn't know how to converse with him. (And I'm no help, honestly. He's pretty gaslit.)
