like Assists raw is not fair so I rank everyone based on Assist / TO Ratio
and then the Steals / Blocks combo...I rank based on how many turnovers created (a steal is a turnover but a block only changes possession 60% of the time in the NBA) so Steals + (Blocks*.6)
