how the swiss vote

speaking about the election of the seven ministers that run the country.
no, they are not elected by us. no "one person, one vote".
the people elect the representatives in the national council and the canton's council.
and they elect the federation council, the seven top dwarves, i mean ministers.
but it all happens in one day, starts one wednesday at 9am, it's over by 11 or so. they're in a room, all together, voting until one candidate has a 2/3 majority.
