Probably not? They only have a few seconds going from space through the atmosphere, and rocks don’t generally conduct well.

Also depends on the type, whether it broke up in the atmosphere, probably other stuff. People don’t often find them immediately upon landing, but best guess is they probably range from cool to a bit hot, but they’re not starting fires.
