Baron: regarding vape flavors, our friend owned a higher-end vape shop where they created all of their own in house. When they labeled them as tobacco

products - even though they have no tobacco, and didn't sell to anyone under 18 - licenses and the cost of regulations priced a lot of smaller establishments out of business.

Their clientele were a TON of people who had quit smoking, and they sold 0% nicotine products, or could make mixes with decreasing percentages that weened people off nicotine.

Essentially, all vape products and shops will soon be either black market, or all owned by Reynolds & Reynolds (or other large conglomerates).
