I got a completely sketchy vibe from Oscar this episode so I am going with him as Tim Kono's murderer.

They are making a big deal out of motive, and he has one. His dad was mentioned way early on as a possible suspect and so he's got to be in the mix as well.

The Jan arc was heartbreaking, but she's not the murderer.
