I'm not saying they are going to go down the Tina Fey route, but there's more to the Tina Fey story to come, I'm sure. She's a bad guy of some sort.
Regarding "I also don't think Tina Fey has anything to do with it. I don't even know why she would be someone to consider as she has no real connection to the building, Tim Kono or anyone else. "
She doesn't have any connection...that we know of yet. For all we know she lives in the Arconia and the three podcasters are too oblivious to realize.
