yes I believe Episode 1 opened with the Sea Dragon launching out of the ocean.

(now I have many logistical questions regarding launching them out of water, like how is that possibly a better or cheaper option? just getting supplies down there and then building it down there. many questions!)

but I said fuck it and just enjoyed the show. That rocket was GIGANTIC!
