So I'm looking at Backyard Ultras for next year.

Apparently there are tiers so I guess it's like the English Football League. The lowest levels I think anyone can register for, but then you have to finish in the top however many places at one level to qualify for one at the next level. Not sure exactly how many levels there are but the one this weekend was the top top World Championships.
