There's a difference between "walking on eggshells" and actively trying to push people out of the party.

The current media campaigns are much more the latter than the former because it plays to their base in places that aren't WV. The problem is you absolutely, 100% need those two votes so how to win friends and influence people would be a better strategy rather than scorched earth, but what do I know?
