FYI, Nielsen does do tracking of data at the router level. It's called the The Gauge. So, it does track non-traditional screens. -- (edited)

It's just that their top ten ratings are still audio recognition software based. Hopefully, they make the free top ten based off The Gauge data at some point.
But they'll probably keep that data behind NDAs and a huge price tag.
