Typically on RC ships, there's a per day addon for unlimited sodas and there is a higher perday addon for unlimited alcohol

Food is included if you enjoy their base dining areas. Each ship has 3-5 higher end restaurants that are an additional charge.
(caveat: This is obviously a special deal and may be handling things differently than a normal RC ship)
