LYC: I did my first pull-ups at the gym last week and continued working on them yesterday but also have started doing bench presses. I started with

75lbs (pretty lame) doing two sets of 8 reps. Then I added 10 for the next 6 and 10 more for the last (95 lbs). One of the weird things with working out regularly is I'm still not really aware of how much I can "handle" when it comes to weight.

Looking forward to starting next week at 95 and seeing where I can go. Some googling said that on average I should be able to bench 70-80% of my weight which would be about 160 (yikes!)
