There were actual threats of prosecution if they did not if you read the transcripts and a ton of other evidence. The vast majority of cases are made

up of circumstantial evidence. The phrase gets thrown around as if circumstantial evidence has no value. That's simply not true. It's just that there needs to be enough of it that a picture becomes clear. The picture is clear.
