Few have been lucky to get half what they spent.

A dispensary in San Diego is giving away a ticket to all who buy 2 1/8'ths of pot.

The VIP tents people paid thousands for have no AC, running water and other comforts promised.

The next EDC is in May when it will not be cold at night.

Uber says expect long delays and high prices.
