Generally speaking most (if not all) multifactor apps (Duo, Google Authenticator etc.) all support the same enrollment process because it is standard

Basically,
- Go to website and enable 2 factor
- Website will show you a QR code
- Scan QR code in multifactor app using "add" or whatever function they provide
- Verify code from app on website
Now the website is linked to that app
Personally I use Lastpass Authenticator because it works with my Lastpass account and allows me to back up my setup and restore on a new phone if I have to
