i just saw that a pipsqueak (total score of 700-something vs. my 80-something K) unsuccessfully tried to attack my little wine town today.
eag and i share a marble island with him. only contact i ever had with him was sending a polite note monday asking him (and another guy) to contribute to the mine/mill when they could, as eag and i have been keeping things going ourselves. they had a moderate number of workers, at least, but had given nothing. (i see now that he has contributed 2K to the mine and reduced his workers in both places, so there's that.)
should i contact him or the leader/diplomat of his alliance (DDMS, the training arm of MARS)? asking primarily because i had a few nice exchanges with that leader a while after i started playing, and he actually asked me to join his alliance. or should i ask mel to talk to them?
i don't want the dummy to do anything else notsmart. i have yet to attack an active town, but he might be my first if he does something again. ;) -
