In response to "Wellllllll... we spent a LOT of time with T-Mobile trying to do the same." by Dark Callisto

I had heard really good things about their service so I guess it's not true. Verizon placed an order for an upgrade today, without my consent. We were

discussing an order and now it has been put through, without my permission. This is after I placed an order yesterday, for a phone I need asap, and asked for in store pick up. When I got to the store, it has been closed for a long time due to covid, with no date for reopening. I called to get them to transfer it to another store and they said they had to cancel it and reorder. I said ok, then he tells me after he cancels when I ask where I can pick it up, that it will take at least until the 24th to process the cancellation so I can't order until then. Then when someone else comes on to discuss the options I have, she places the order, without my permission, for more than yesterday's order. I told her to cancel and she said I did, but when I called back, it turns out she didn't cancel it. Is T-Mobile that bad?
