discussing an order and now it has been put through, without my permission. This is after I placed an order yesterday, for a phone I need asap, and asked for in store pick up. When I got to the store, it has been closed for a long time due to covid, with no date for reopening. I called to get them to transfer it to another store and they said they had to cancel it and reorder. I said ok, then he tells me after he cancels when I ask where I can pick it up, that it will take at least until the 24th to process the cancellation so I can't order until then. Then when someone else comes on to discuss the options I have, she places the order, without my permission, for more than yesterday's order. I told her to cancel and she said I did, but when I called back, it turns out she didn't cancel it. Is T-Mobile that bad?
