I upgraded and got $100 off. I could have got $500 if my phone wasn't cracked. Because they are taking 48 hours to process the cancellation, I can't -- (edited)

get the upgrade discount until then and I need it now. I'm still online with support through twitter and they have found a way to process it and they've found a $300 discount. If you are already with them, they give a lot of discounts to upgrade. That's the reason I don't buy the unlocked phones. If you don't buy phones often, it probably isn't worth it to stay with them but I haven't been paying attention to it. I could have had $650 off last month if my phone wasn't cracked.
