The lowest it should be is 2 so that's not possible.

The only challenger is Rushmore. Darjeeling greatly reduced my interest in Wes Anderson. I would put it below Bottle Rocket.
I haven't seen the non-live action stuff, French Dispatch or Grand Budapest Hotel.
