then they want mom's password, she's never set one up, she can barely answer her own phone and sure as hell can't text.

so they call with a code to verify, its not like they could call back and when answer the phone then we must have the land line in hand.

the code is 12 alpha numeric digits

and now...we...have..to call back and go through all that again.

mom just wants to drop the long distance to euro service because she can do that on her cell by saying CALL MANNY who is her last family.
