PP has gotten better, I just got a refund on something I got suckered on (i was suspicious but a friend said he ordered it blah blah)

it took a couple weeks. the web site disappeared, no shipping tracking

pp emailed them and got no reply so I got my money back

used to be they would say, sure we'll get your money back as soon as they have any cash in their account (no really, that's how hollow their guarantee was)

but credit cards have traditionally been better at charge backs.

with PP you are only giving them your email, not your credit card and billing info, secret code on the back
