Recently, rookie QBs have done way better than what Wilson, Fields and Lawrence are showing. Lance gets a pass since he's only at one start. -- (edited)

Murray, Allen, Burrow, Herbert, Mayfield, Watson, Jones all had better records and stats then Wilson, Fields and Lawrence. Hell, even Tua did better.
For as much as people said Lamar couldn't throw his rookie year, these rookie would kill for his record and passing stats. Not to mention the record setting rushing.
The only recent first round QBs that has looked as bad as them Josh Rosen and Sam Darnold. Darnold explains why you think all rookies are this bad. ;)
Added: Manning did throw 28 INTs back in 1998. He also threw for 26 TDs. But that was back in 1998. 23 years ago, rookie QBs took a lot longer to develop, and were given time to do so. Not so much anymore.
