Well, I guess our new helpdesk software support team really doesn't mind me opening so many tickets about the software

Before I begin with this, I wanted to let both you and Thomas know something.

I was working along side the dev's on this ticket and some of the other ones you've entered in because of the nature of the error messages. We wanted to let you guys know that we really value and appreciate you not just reporting these issues but providing us with very detailed and clear information on these; because that's something special that not everyone does and we just wanted to thank you and let you both know you're appreciated over here and its good to have a good working partnership in the trenches together.

So thanks for the feature requests, feedback, and error messages you come across; we really appreciate it all.
